Daniel Bauer, Esquire

With over 25 years of experience, Daniel Bauer is a seasoned Manager with the Program Modernization Consulting practice, where he oversees the annual child support data compilation project while also providing analytical and budgetary skill to projects around the country. In his current role, he works alongside other internal subject matter experts and external stakeholders to gather, compile, redistribute, and analyze data that support state governments’ needs to assess their performance and estimate future-year budgets. Daniel also works on child welfare projects, having served projects as an analyst, QA manager, and PMO of the first phase of a large CCWIS replacement effort. 

Daniel’s background includes extensive work implementing child support systemic, program, and policy reforms with state and local governments. Additionally, he has comprehensive experience implementing and evaluating human services initiatives, including identifying best-practice approaches to service delivery and creating plans for implementation. As a former state employee with both judicial and executive branch experience, Dan understands the complexities of managing federal funds and the flexibility in government funding to implement program innovations and serve the needs of families in new and effective ways.
